31. אכיפת דרישה למסירת מידע
ועדת הערר רשאית לחייב אדם למסור מידע, מסמכים, ידיעות או הסברים שהוא נדרש למסור לחברה לצורך ביצוע תפקידיה לפי הוראות חוק זה, והיא רשאית לחייבו להתייצב לפניה לשם כך, ויהיו נתונות לה לשם כך הסמכויות הנתונות לוועדת חקירה לפי סעיפים 9 עד 11 לחוק ועדות חקירה, התשכ״ט–1968.
