50. גמול והוצאות לחברי הוועדה
יושב ראש הוועדה וחבר הוועדה יהיו זכאים לגמול ולהוצאות שתשלם להם החברה לפי מספר ישיבות הוועדה שבהן השתתפו, בהתאם לגמול ולהוצאות המשולמים ליושב ראש דירקטוריון ולדירקטורים לפי תקנות שהותקנו מכוח סעיף 19 לחוק החברות הממשלתיות, לפי הענין.
