67. סמכויות עזר
(א)החברה רשאית לבקש מבית המשפט שיזמין ויחקור כל אדם בענינים השייכים לתחום פעולתה.
(ב)הודה אדם בחקירה לפי סעיף קטן (א) שהוא מחזיק בנכס של נספה השואה, רשאי בית המשפט לצוות עליו למסור את הנכס לחברה במועד ובתנאים שיקבע בית המשפט.
(ג)פרוטוקול של חקירה לפי סעיף 9(ג) ולפי סעיפים קטנים (א) ו־(ב) יהיה קביל כראיה על תוכנו בכל הליך משפטי שהחברה צד בו.
