על אגרה כאמור בתקנה 2 שלא שולמה במועדה לפי תקנה 3, ייווספו הפרשי הצמדה וריבית כהגדרתם בחוק פסיקת ריבית והצמדה, התשכ״א–1961, עד מועד התשלום בפועל.
