1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”נכה“ – מי שיש לו מחלה, ליקוי גופני או מוגבלות אחרת, המשפיעים באופן משמעותי על יכולתו להגיע לחוף הים, או לשירותי חוף הים;
”מפקח“ – מי שהוסמך למפקח לפי סעיף 4 לחוק;
”מתרחץ“ – אדם הנמצא במקום רחצה בין במים ובין על החוף.
