2. סכומים מרביים
תיקון: תשס״ח
(א)התשלומים המרביים שעמותה מוכרת רשאית לגבות בעד השירותים וההוצאות שהוציאה בפועל בישראל ובמדינת החוץ, למעט הוצאות טיסה והוצאות שהייה של המבקש במדינת החוץ, לא יעלו על סכום השווה ל־22,000 יורו.
(ב)עמותה מוכרת לא תגבה ממבקש תשלומים אלא בישראל.
(ג)בתקנה זו, ”תשלומים“ – לרבות בדרך של נתינת מתנה או תרומה.
