6. תלונה לרשות המרכזית
(א)לא התקבלה בקשה שהגיש מבקש לפי תקנה 5 והמבקש סבור כי היה מקום לקבלה, יוכל המבקש להגיש תלונה בעניין לרשות המרכזית אשר תבחן את התלונה ותעביר את המלצתה בעניין לעמותה המוכרת.
(ב)העתק מהמלצת הרשות המרכזית יישלח למבקש.
