13. כינון קרן ותקנות פעולתה
תיקון: תשס״ח־2
(א)השר להגנת הסביבה רשאי, באישור ועדת הפנים ואיכות הסביבה של הכנסת, להתקין תקנות בדבר כינונה של קרן למניעת זיהום מי־ים (להלן – הקרן) במסגרת המשרד להגנת הסביבה.
(ב)השר להגנת הסביבה יקבע בתקנות, באישור ועדת הפנים ואיכות הסביבה של הכנסת, את סדרי פעולתה של הקרן.
פורסמו תקנות שפיכתם של שמנים לתוך מי הים (הקמת קרן למניעת זיהום הים), תש״ם–1979.
