35. סמכות להתקין תקנות לביצוע אמנות בין־לאומיות
תיקון: תשס״ח־2
השר להגנת הסביבה ושר התחבורה רשאים להתקין תקנות לביצוע האמנה הבין־לאומית למניעת זיהום הים בנפט, 1954, או כל אמנה אחרת שישראל צד לה הבאה לתקן אותה אמנה, ובין השאר רשאים הם לקבוע בתקנות אלה שהעובר על הוראותיהן צפוי לעונש כפי שנקבע בסעיף 18.
