10. התנגדות למינוי או המשך העסקה מטעמים דתיים
תיקון: תשע״ח
המועצה לחינוך ממלכתי דתי רשאית להחליט שהיא מתנגדת, מטעמים דתיים בלבד, בנסיבות המצדיקות זאת, למינויו או להמשך העסקתו של מנהל מוסד להכשרת עובדי חינוך לחינוך ממלכתי דתי או מרצה או מורה במוסד כאמור; הוגש על החלטה זו ערר של חבר מחברי המועצה, לא יהיה להחלטה תוקף כל עוד לא הכריעו בערר.
