3. תוכן רשימת מועמדים לחברות במוצעה
(א)התאחדו כל הארגונים לשם הגשת רשימה אחידה של מועמדים לחברות במועצה, תכיל הרשימה ששה מועמדים לפחות.
(ב)לא התאחדו הארגונים כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), יגיש כל ארגון רשימה נפרדת שתכלול שני מועמדים לפחות.
