7. דיון ברשימה למורים, מנהלים ומפקחים
(א)המועצה תדון ברשימות האמורות בתקנה 6 והיא רשאית להחליט שהיא מתנגדת מטעמים דתיים למינוי מועמדים מסויימים שברשימה.
(ב)החליטה המועצה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), תפרט את נימוקי ההחלטה ותודיע על כך למנהל אגף החינוך הדתי.
