Section 9 of תקנות חינוך ממלכתי (המועצה לחינוך ממלכתי דתי), תשי״ג–1953, דיון בערעור על התנגדות המועצה למינוי.
9. דיון בערעור על התנגדות המועצה למינוי
(א)הוגש ערעור כאמור בתקנה 8, ידון בו השר יחד עם שר הדתות.
(ב)החליט השר בהסכמת שר הדתות בדבר הערעור, יודיע על ההחלטה למועצה.
(ג)לא הסכם שר הדתות להחלטת השר, יובא הדבר להחלטת הממשלה והחלטתה תהא סופית.
