20. הסכם לקבלת שירותים
גורם מפעיל רשאי להתקשר בהסכם עם חברת נמל או חברת הפיתוח והנכסים, כהגדרתן בחוק רשות הספנות והנמלים, לצורך קבלת שירותים בתמורה; הסכם כאמור שנחתם בין בעל זיכיון המשנה ובין חברת הפיתוח והנכסים ערב יום התחילה ימשיך לעמוד בתוקפו ויראו אותו כאילו נחתם בין הגורם המפעיל לחברה כאמור.
