תיקון: תשכ״ג
בתקנות אלה –
”חוק החינוך“ – חוק חינוך ממלכתי, תשי״ג–1953;
”חוק הלימוד“ – חוק לימוד חובה, תש״ט–1949;
”תקנות הרישום“ – תקנות לימוד חובה וחינוך ממלכתי (רישום), תשי״ט–1959;
”מוסד“ – מוסד חינוך ממלכתי או מוסד חינוך ממלכתי דתי, לרבות גן ילדים;
”גן ילדים“ פירושו כמשמעותו בתקנות הרישום.
שאר המונחים שאינם מצויים בחוק החינוך פירושם כמשמעותם בחוק הלימוד.
