1. הרכב ועדת העררים
ועדת עררים לבדיקות תהיה של שלושה חברים, בהרכב המפורט להלן:
(1)יושב ראש הוועדה יהיה מפקח כולל על המוסד שבו לומד הילד או הנער;
(2)חבר אחד יהיה פסיכולוג שימנה מנהל המחוז;
(3)חבר אחד יהיה נציג רשות החינוך המקומית שבה מתגורר הילד או הנער.
