25. פגם בסדרי דין
בית דין לא יפסול הליך, כולו או מקצתו, בשל פגם בסדרי הדין, לרבות אי־קיום תקנות אלה, אם לדעתו הפגם לא יגרום עיוות דין או אם יש אפשרות סבירה לתקן את הפגם בדרך של דחיית הדיון או בדרך אחרת.
