28. עניין שלא הוסדר
תיקון: תשפ״א־2
(א)אם לא נקבעה הוראה אחרת בתקנות, מועד ההמצאה יהיה לפי פרק י״ט לחלק ב׳ לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, בשינויים המחויבים, ובלבד שיראו כאילו במקום ”השעה 17:00“ יבוא ”השעה 16:00“.
(ב)בכפוף לאמור בפרק זה, בעניין שלא הוסדר בו, רשאי בית הדין לנהוג לפי פרק י״ט לחלק ב׳ לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, בשינויים המחויבים, אם אין בכך דבר שאינו מתיישב עם החוק, תקנות אלה או מהות ההליך.
