40. חישוב מועדים
מניין הימים שנקבעו בתקנות אלה יימנה מיום מתן ההחלטה, אם ניתנה בפני בעל הדין; לא התייצב בעל דין אף שזומן כדין, יימנה המועד מיום מתן ההחלטה כאילו ניתנה בפניו; ניתנה החלטה שלא בפני בעל דין, יימנה המועד מיום המצאתה לו כאמור בפרק ח׳.
