9. חזרה מן ערר
הודיע עורר לבית דין כי הוא חוזר בו מן הערר, רשאי בית הדין למחוק את הערר או לדחותו וכן לפסוק הוצאות לפי שיקול דעתו והכול לאחר שנתן למשיב אפשרות להגיב להודעת העורר.
