11. עיון ברישומים
(א)לצורך ביצוע תפקידיהם, רשאים המנהל, מנהל המרכז להשתלות וחברי ועדת ההיגוי, לעיין בפרוטוקול של ועדת הערכה ובכל מסמך אחר שהוגש לה, וכן לעיין ברישומים וברשומות הרפואיות המתנהלים בכל מרכז רפואי מורשה והקשורים לתחום נטילת אברים והשתלת אברים.
(ב)מנהל מרכז רפואי מורשה ועובדיו ישתפו פעולה עם המנהל, מנהל המרכז להשתלות וחברי ועדת ההיגוי, לפי העניין, ויקלו על ביצוע הסמכויות כאמור בסעיף קטן (א).
