4. הוראות נוספות לעניין הסכם לארגון עסקת התחדשות עירונית
(א)טרם חתימה על הסכם לארגון עסקת התחדשות עירונית, יסביר המארגן לבעל הדירה את מהות ההסכם ועיקריו, ואת התוצאות המשפטיות הנובעות ממנו.
(ב)עותק מן ההסכם יימסר לבעל הדירה, בצירוף פרוטוקול כינוס בעלי הדירות.
