106. שינוי התוספות
(א)השר, בהתייעצות עם שר העבודה הרווחה והשירותים החברתיים ובאישור הוועדה, רשאי, בצו, לשנות את התוספת הראשונה והתוספת השנייה.
(ב)השר, באישור הוועדה, רשאי, בצו, לשנות את התוספת השלישית.
