41. ישיבות המועצה
(א)ישיבות המועצה יתקיימו אחת לשלושה חודשים לפחות.
(ב)יושב ראש המועצה יזמן את הישיבות ויקבע את מועדיהן, מקומן וסדר יומן, בכפוף להוראות חוק זה.
(ג)המועצה תקיים ישיבה מיוחדת על פי דרישת השר או המנהל או שליש מחברי המועצה לפחות; הישיבה תתקיים בתוך 14 ימים מיום הדרישה; בישיבה תדון המועצה בנושאים המפורטים בדרישה.
(ד)המנהל, או מי מטעמו, יוזמן לכל ישיבות המועצה.
