43. הגשת דוחות וסקירות למועצה
(א)לשם ביצוע תפקידיה רשאים המועצה או יושב ראש המועצה לבקש מהרשות דוחות, לרבות דוחות תקציביים, וסקירות על הפעילות השוטפת של הרשות.
(ב)הרשות תגיש למועצה את הדוחות או הסקירות כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), בתוך 60 ימים מיום הבקשה.
