56. הפניית מתנדבים על ידי גוף מוכר
גוף מוכר לא יפנה מתנדב לשירות לאומי או להתנדבות קהילתית אלא אם כן התקיימו כל אלה:
(1)הוא וידא שהגוף המפעיל אושר כגוף מפעיל לפי הוראות פרק ז׳ או לפי סעיף 19(ב)(1), לפי העניין;
(2)הוא וידא כי מתקיימים במתנדב התנאים הקבועים בסעיף 3(א);
(3)הוא קיבל מהגוף המפעיל התחייבות בנוסח שבתוספת השלישית;
(4)הוא ערך עם המתנדב הסכם התקשרות כאמור בסעיף 58.
