לא ייצר אדם תוסף מזון או מזון המכיל תוסף מזון, לא ייבאו, לא ישווקו ולא יחסינו אלא אם כן תוסף המזון הוא אחד מן המפורטים ברשימה והתקיימו לגביו שאר הוראות תקנות אלה.
