9. תחילה
תיקון: תשנ״ד
(א)תחילתן של תקנות אלה שנה מיום פרסומן.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), רשאי המנהל בנסיבות מיוחדות לתת פטור מהוראות תקנות אלה לגבי מוצר מזון מסוים לתקופה נוספת שלא תעלה על שנה.
