11. תחילה והוראת מעבר
(א)תחילתן של תקנות אלה שלושים ימים מיום פרסומן.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנות אלה, תוסף תזונה ששווק כדין ביום פרסומן של תקנות אלה (להלן – היום הקובע) יותר המשך שיווקו במשך שנה מהיום הקובע.
