2. איסור מכירה
לא ישווק אדם, לא ייצר, לא יארוז, לא ייבא ולא יאחסן תוסף תזונה או מוצר שתוויתו מעידה עליו שהוא תוסף תזונה אלא אם כן –
(1)כמות של ויטמין או מינרל בכל יחידה בו אינה עולה על הקצובה המרבית;
(2)המנהל לא מצא כי תוסף התזונה עלול להזיק לבריאות או שהוא אינו ראוי למאכל אדם, אינו מוכר כמזון או בטיחותו אינה ידועה; הודעה על החלטות המנהל תפורסם ברשומות.
(3)הוא עומד בהוראות תקנות אלה.
