6. פטור
המנהל רשאי לתת פטור מהגשת מסמכים כאמור בתקנה 5(1)(ב), לכל אצווה נוספת, ובלבד ששוכנע על פי הצהרת היצרן כי לא חל שינוי בתוסף התזונה לעומת המפורט במסמכים קודמים שהוגשו אודותיו.
