תיקון: תשכ״ט, תשנ״א
ראה שר הבטחון כי יש בפיזורו של חומר מסויים כדי לסכן חיי אדם או בריאותו או לגרום נזק לרכוש, רשאי הוא, בצו, להכריז על אותו חומר כעל חומר מסוכן לענין חוק זה.
