1. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
”היום הקובע“ – כ׳ בטבת התשמ״ו (1 בינואר 1986);
”חוק מס“ – חיקוק הדן בהטלת מס או תשלום חובה, למעט תשלום שגובה המוסד לביטוח לאומי ולמעט אגרה;
”חוב מס“ – כל סכום שאדם חייב בו לפי חוק מס;
”החזר מס“ – כל סכום שעל המדינה להחזיר או לשלם לפי חוק מס, ואשר הגיע המועד להחזרתו או לתשלומו;
”שנת מס“ – לרבות תקופת שומה מיוחדת;
”שקל חדש“ ו”אגורה“ – כמשמעותם בחוק מטבע השקל החדש, התשמ״ה–1985.
