24. מחיקה אינה מונעת הגשת קובלנה
בוטל רישומו של יועץ מס מייצג בפנקס או הותלה רישומו בפנקס אין בכך כדי למנוע מתובע מלהגיש נגדו קובלנה לוועדת המשמעת ובלבד שהקובלנה הוגשה בתוך שנה מיום ביטול הרישום או התלייתו.
