2. ביצוע עבודות במקרקעין
מקרקעין שהועמדו לצרכי ההתגוננות האזרחית רשאי המפקד להורות בכתב על ביצוע עבודות במקרקעין אלה והרשות המקומית חייבת לבצע עבודות אלה מיד ולפי ההוראות.
