3ב. החזרה להגא או העברה לרשות אחרת
תיקון: תשכ״ב, תשמ״ה
היו ציוד או מיתקן כאמור או כל חלק מהם בבעלות הגא, חייבים הרשות המקומית או איגוד הערים להחזיר את הציוד או את המיתקן או כל חלק מהם להגא במצב תקין וראוי לשימוש או להעבירם לרשות מקומית אחרת או לאיגוד ערים אחר במצב כאמור, הכל בהתאם להוראה בכתב מאת ראש הגא או מאת מי שהוא הסמיך לכך.
