5. צו בדבר נקיטת אמצעים
תיקון: תשס״ב, תשע״ח
הרשות רשאית בצו להורות למחזיק לנקוט, תוך המועד הנקוב בצו, אמצעים שיפורטו בו, כדי למנוע בעת מצב מיוחד בעורף או בשעת התקפה סכנה לחיי אדם או לבריאותו או פגיעה ברכוש אגב החזקתו של החומ״ס; נקיטת אמצעים כאמור יכול שתחייב את המחזיק להעביר את החומ״ס למבנה מסוג אחר או למקום אחר, או להקטין את כמויות החומ״ס שהוא מחזיק.
