הרשות תקבע נוהל למסירת מידע בדבר מתן היתרים ובדבר מתן הודעות לפי תקנה 8ג(א)(1) לגוף ציבורי שמידע כאמור דרוש לו לשם מילוי תפקידו לפי דין.
