2. חיוב להתקין ולהחזיק ציוד הג״א במפעל מוסדר
בעל מפעל מוסדר חייב להתקין במפעלו ציוד לצרכי התגוננות אזרחית ולהחזיקו בכל עת במצב תקין וראוי לשימוש, הכל בהתאם להוראות פרק זה.
