מפעל מוסדר או מוסד המחזיק לפי חיקוק אחר ציוד כאמור בתקנות אלה או כל חלק ממנו פטור מהחזיק אותו ציוד לפי תקנות אלה, אלא אם נקבעה בהן הוראה אחרת.
