102. יצוא מוגבל
לא ייצא אדם טובין שיצואם מוגבל או מוסדר אותה שעה על פי פקודה זו או על פי כל חיקוק אחר בר תוקף, אלא לפי ההגבלות וההסדר החלים עליהם.
