112. מסירת מצהר
בכפוף להוראות סעיף 111, חייב הקברניט, בעל האניה או סוכנה, למסור לגובה המכס את מצהר־היציאה תוך 24 שעות לאחר גמר המפדה, או תוך מועד מאוחר מזה ככל שירשה המנהל.
