123ב. תשלום המכס
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)המכס על טובין מיובאים שחלה חובה להגיש לגביהם הצהרת ייבוא לפי הוראות סימן ה׳ בפרק רביעי, ישולם בעת הגשת הצהרת הייבוא.
(ב)המכס על טובין שיובאו בדואר ישולם בעת הגשת הצהרת הייבוא, ואם לא הוגשה הצהרת ייבוא – בעת קבלתם בסניף הדואר.
(ג)תשלום המכס לפי הוראות סעיף זה ייעשה בדרך שיקבע המנהל.
(ד)אין בהוראות סעיף זה כדי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף 81.
