167. הסדר סחר החוף
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)הממשלה רשאית, בצו, לאסור, להגביל או להסדיר הובלה חופית של טובין או של סוג טובין מסויים, ובכפוף להוראות שבצו כזה, ובאין מניעה מצד ההֶקשֵר, יהא כל מקום שהפקודה מדברת ביבוא או ביצוא אסורים, מוגבלים או מוסדרים, כולל את הטובין שהובלתם החופית אסורה, מוגבלת או מוסדרת באותו צו.
(ב)סחר החוף בכללו יוסדר, בכל הנוגע לרשות־המכס, בדרך שנקבעה ולפיה יש לנהל פנקסים, להראות תעודות ולהגיש הצהרות.
