185. הרשות לחפש בכלי הובלה
פקיד־מכס או שוטר רשאים, על יסוד חשד סביר, לעצור כלי הובלה ולחפש בו, כדי להיווכח אם מצויים בו שלא כדין טובין חבי מכס או טובין שייבואם נאסר, הוגבל או הוסדר בדרך אחרת, ועל הנהג לעצור את כלי ההובלה ולאפשר חיפוש כזה כל אימת שפקיד־מכס או שוטר ידרוש זאת ממנו.
