188. הרשות לתפוס אניה או טובין שחולטו
(א)פקיד־מכס, שוטר או קצין בצבא־הגנה לישראל רשאי לתפוס בין בים ובין ביבשה כל אניה, כל כלי הובלה וכל טובין שהם מחולטים או שיש לו יסוד סביר לחשוב שהם מחולטים.
(ב)טובין שנתפסו יובלו למחסן המכס הקרוב ביותר או למקום מבטחים אחר, כפי שיורה גובה המכס.
