197. גובה המכס רשאי לעכב מסמכים
תיקון: תשע״ח
גובה המכס רשאי לכלוא או לעכב בידו כל מסמך שהוגש לו בענין הצהרה לפי פקודה זו או שיש להגישו לפי פקודה זו, אלא שכל מי שיש לו זכות למסמך זה אלמלא הכליאה או העיכוב, זכאי לקבל העתק ממנו מאושר על ידי גובה המכס כהעתק נכון, והעתק כזה יתקבל לראיה בכל בתי המשפט ותקפו כתקפו של המקור.
