22. אין לנגוע בטובין הנתונים לפיקוח
(א)טובין הנתונים לפיקוח רָשות־המכס אין לטלטלם או לשנותם או לנגוע בהם אלא על פי רָשות ולפי פקודה זו.
(ב)העובר על הוראות סעיף זה, דינו – קנס מאה לירות.
