230ב. חובת דיווח אלקטרוני
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)הצהרת ייבוא, הצהרת ייצוא, מצהר וכתב הרשאה חתום יוגשו לרשות המכס באמצעות מסר אלקטרוני החתום בידי המגיש בחתימה אלקטרונית מאושרת (בפרק זה – מסר אלקטרוני מאושר), בהתאם להוראות לפי פרק זה.
(ב)המנהל רשאי לקבוע בכללים מסמכים נוספים על המסמכים המנויים בסעיף קטן (א), שיוגשו לרשות המכס באמצעות מסר אלקטרוני מאושר.
