230ו. כללים לעניין דיווח אלקטרוני
תיקון: תשע״ח
המנהל רשאי לקבוע בכללים הוראות בעניינים אלה:
(1)התנאים והליכי האישור לשם חיבור למערכת הממוכנת של רשות המכס לשם דיווח אלקטרוני לרשות המכס;
(2)אופן הדיווח האלקטרוני;
(3)דרישות מזעריות למערכות חומרה ותוכנה המשמשות לשם דיווח אלקטרוני;
(4)מבנה הטפסים שיש להשתמש בהם לשם דיווח אלקטרוני ומתכונתם.
